The 60-Day Leadership Challenge was truly transformational in helping me realize the obstacles and then the potential of my team. As an engineering consulting firm that develops engineers into business leaders, the program brought a tremendous amount of insight to the natural motivation challenges some of our technical individuals may have in becoming leaders and managers. The program helped me to discover that I am not alone in my struggle to take a successful technical career to the next step and provide insight as to how our company can support our engineering and technical staff as our company grows.
